Q. How soon after I purchase a lot must I begin building?
A. We do not have any time restrictions for the beginning of the building process.

Q. Must I use a specific builder?
A. You my use the builder of your choice. We have a list of builders should you need some help.

Q. What is the minimum square footage requirement?
A. Deed restrictions are set at 2500 sq ft minimum for the home.

Q. Can I build a hangar now and a house later?
A. No, deed restrictions prohibit hangar only construction.

Q. Can I build a hangar with living quarters or apartment inside?
A. No, deed restrictions prohibit hangar only construction. This is to maintain and protect home and property values.

Q. Are farm animals allowed?
A. No, however deed restrictions do allow horses on specific lots.

Q. What school district are we located within?
A. New Waverly Independent School District.  Two new schools, an Elementary and High School have recently been completed.

Q. Water and sewer available?
A. City water is available or you can have a well installed or both. County requirements mandate aerobic septic systems for our location.
